I'm back baby! 23 miles this week, including two very intense hill workouts on Tuesday and Friday! (Note: you may have to scroll back to see my workouts from last week as I didn't realize this updated. I must find a way to get this on my blog permanently!

Awesome job!!!! I love seeing my progress too. My garmin keeps me accountable! I also really wish I was closer so we could train together for the Ten Miler!!
It does seem like we are on similar paths mileage wise. Do you do long runs on the weekend? Next week I'm opening it up to 6, then 7 then the next week I have a 5k...maybe we can still push each other along. Ten miles is totally in your reach. D-Day for me is October 24! Maybe could look and see if there is a 10 miler or 15k in your area in October or November?
